Cancellation / Rescheduling policy

Cancellation / rescheduling can be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time - we will not charge anything for cancellation / rescheduling. In case of cancellation or rescheduling in less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, we will charge the 200kr deposit for the no-show fee. Reschedule slots are subject to availability.
